We care about the high quality of our products, and our sales consultants are always ready to help choose the size and provide all the necessary information. But we do not exclude the occurrence of a situation when the chosen jewelry did not fit for one reason or another after the fitting.

Return:

Jewelry of proper quality cannot be returned to the store. This limitation is regulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

This category is included in the list of non-food items that cannot be exchanged or returned. The list was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.

Exchange:

You can exchange an ornament that does not fit in size for the same, but already the right size. To do this, contact the store where you purchased it.

Several conditions must be met for exchange:

• – no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
• – there are no traces of use or damage on the jewelry;
• – the factory tag and sales receipt are preserved;
• – the cost of the product you are buying is not less than the cost of the product that did not fit in size.
