Payment
You can pay for the ordered product in several ways:
- 1. Cash or bank card
- – during purchase or pickup from any of our stores
- – when receiving an order at a branch or from a “Novaya Poshta” courier on the terms of payment after payment (this service costs UAH 20 + 2% of the transfer amount)
- 2. By non-cash bank account (Privat24)
- Payment details will be provided to you by our manager when placing an order.
Delivery
Choose how convenient it will be for you to receive the ordered jewelry:
- 1. Pick up from our store in Kyiv, Kharkiv or Odesa
- After placing the order, our manager will contact you to clarify the availability or terms of delivery of the selected item to the store specified by you.
- 2. Take advantage of Nova Poshta courier delivery to doors throughout Ukraine
- The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs and will be announced by our manager when placing the order.
- When receiving, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging and the product. If damage is detected, do not pick up the package and file a claim with the carrier.
- 3. Receive at the “New Mail” branch
- Choose the branch of the transport company closest to you and receive the parcel at a time convenient for you.
- The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs, our manager will immediately calculate it for you.
- When receiving, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging and the product. If damage is detected, do not pick up the package and file a claim with the carrier.
