How to order jewelry?

- Together with the customer, we approve the layout of the future product.
- We send the final version for production.
- It takes at least 5 weeks to create an ornament – it all depends on the complexity of the item.

You can pay for custom-made jewelry in several ways:

Our offline stores operate in Kyiv, Odesa and Kharkiv. There you can pick up your order and view the current assortment. To customers from other cities, we send products in the following ways:
- Courier delivery by Nova Poshta to the door. We recommend that you check the integrity of the packaging and the product upon receipt. If you find inconsistencies, file a written claim with the carrier, do not pick up the parcel.
- Receipt at the New Post office. As in the previous version, be sure to check the integrity of the product right on the spot.
The delivery time depends on the carrier itself and its capabilities.
